可否听说,口感顺滑的黑木耳其实是减肥佳品?无论是东方或西方营养师都纷纷提倡进食黑木耳,不仅有助于保持身材,黑木耳也是提升健康的首选食材之一。
"黑木耳瘦身法"如今盛行全球,此减肥法相当可取,一日三餐照常,米饭或面类依旧能适量地吃,只要求每餐都必须搭配黑木耳进食。
黑木耳烹制简单,从凉拌、清炒、焖煮到熬粥、炖汤等,减肥者有更大的空间编排一日三餐,选择更多样化,减肥餐不再单调乏味。
黑木耳的一大减肥原理是含有非常丰富的矿物质钙,它可以有效减少体内脂肪合成所需的元素,黑木耳中所含的矿物质钙更是肉类的30倍以上!黑木耳也能有效加速脂肪分解,促进脂肪在体内近乎完全代谢。
黑木耳中有丰富的纤维素和特殊植物胶原,这两种物质都能加速肠胃蠕动,促进肠道脂肪排泄,减少肠胃脂肪吸收,进而防止肥胖。
支持群说,每一百克黑木耳的蛋白质含量高达11克,碳水化合物是66克,脂肪则只有0.2克,容易包腹又不会发胖。
